TERRIBLE CLAIMS HANDLING

Policy: 451**** My vehicle caught on fire while I was driving it. I was out of state visiting my mother who had open heart surgery.

The incident occurred on 10/28/23 and I filed a claim that same day. It has been an uphill battle every since. Today is 11/17/23, I was told

my vehicle was a total loss yesterday morning and that the total loss adjuster would be in contact within 24 hrs. I decided to call today when it was pass the 24hr mark.

A rep by the name of Brittney answered and I explained that I wanted my total loss adjuster's

phone #. She then stated "she was just assigned the claim yesterday" and I explained that I still wanted to speak with her and the rep hung up in my face. Spoke with the rep's

supervisor Mary who was just as condescending stating that I had been rude to her rep(s). When in fact, I had been persistent as it was always hard to reach my adjuster so I frequently call in attempt to reach his supervisor due but not "rude".

I asked to speak

with the supervisor's mgr and she stated that she will email her mgr and that the mgr may or may not give me a call back. I asked for the mgrs name, she refused to provide me (a policyholder with an open claim) the claims dept mgr's name, not her contact info, but her name. I finally spoke with my total loss adjuster Dannetta, she was the most pleasant person that I've spoken to but she also informed that she was unable to move forward with the total loss as she is missing the "valuation". Today is Friday 11/17 and

tomorrow will make 3 weeks since I've been without a vehicle.

This claims dept has awful customer service and no sense of urgency no matter what. They also have outdated prompts on their hold music stating to ask to speak with the CEO if you're not

satisfied and although I've asked many times, I have never been allowed to speak with said CEO. I also requested to cancel since the veh is a total loss.

The rep states the cancellation will be effective today. When it should be the day after the loss

I teach school so after hours I can't reach out to them that's the only problem that I'm having with them other than that go auto insurance company is great overall insurance prices

Find a place where it is not difficult to engage. Perhaps a local brick and mortar agency within convenient distance to your home and bank.

Payment availability and app

I've been with Go Auto for years! I've switched many of my family memebers to GA as well, but the fact you can't pay on the app easily is insane. I tried accessing my insurance on the app and could only pull up a vehicle I dropped insurance on months prior. I had to switch insurance to another company because I couldn't reach an agent because it was the weekend! It was either switch or get an insurance flag!

No response know one to call just email games

Got rear ended by your client took long time to get get in to shop truck is still there from feb 20 till now march 23 no response from you adjuster playing e mail games say auto shop is not sending to right e mail I have had 4 people talk to ray williams and have had them read email address back but no response from Jeff Lu in Las Vegas NV719ZHL can not call voice box is full so now had to contact laser because have had to pay rental car on my dime and now I have to have my insurance take care of it and pay 500 deductible to fix my car out of my pocket and file a complaint about go auto insurance in Nevada and from here I have to let my lawyer file a lawsuits over a rear bumper and 2 brackets less than 2000 dollars but now it is going to cost a lot more since go auto does not pay there bills

No information on how to get towing. States I paid for towing but there is no number to call for assistance on weekends or after hours

My car was stolen 11/13/21 I called to know if renter was added to policy unfortunately it wasnt .. I have called claim worker (Nicole skrintney) left message numerous of times and all I have received is emails but no phone call to resolve this issue

I've been trying to pay my insurance for past 2 hours online because there is no phone number to call. There's a glitch or something not allowing me to type my social . Therefore, I'll possibly have my drivers license suspended and have to pay late fees by no fault of my own. Not a happy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
